Based on available data, there are many victims / patients who died before reaching medical facilities on the go. This is because:
- Conditions jammed in the streets
- Lack of medical personnel doctors just qualified and trained nurses in health case management outside the hospital, especially handling the case of emergency and trauma cases.
The absence of international standards that have ambulance to transport the patient to deal with emergency cases, especially cases of trauma critical cases (ICU)
The absence of inter-hospital referral networks that exist in the city of Jakarta, outside Jakarta and abroad.
To answer this challenge ER (Emergency Response) was established, so that the expected mortality and disability pre-Hospitals can be reduced so that the patient / victim can be dealt with appropriately before in reference to the hospital.
